Supported Employment – ZW 5.0 2024/25 edition

The aim of the project is to support people with disabilities in taking up and maintaining employment on the open labour market. The project uses the supported employment method, which involves close cooperation between a job coach and a person with a disability in determining professional competences, the scope of expected work and searching for employment that meets their qualifications and health possibilities. The job coach also cooperates with employers, because in the initial period of employment he supports the person with a disability in the workplace.
