Sports shooting for People with Disabilities 2023
Organization of sports section classes
Task name: “Organization of sports section classes” as part of the Disabled People’s Sports Promotion Program in 2023.
Implementation date: July-December 2023.
Project objective
Conducting group and individual classes aimed at:
- acquiring, developing and maintaining skills necessary for independent functioning of people with disabilities;
- improving the physical and mental fitness of beneficiaries;
- increasing the independence and social activity of people with disabilities through sports.
Who is it for?
The project is addressed to disabled people with a significant, moderate or mild degree of disability. As well as with a disability certificate residing in the Polkowice district.
Type of classes
The task is carried out by Skorpion Polkowice – shooting section.
Shooting training sessions are conducted at the pneumatic shooting range located in Primary School No. 3 at ul. Ociosowa 3 in Polkowice.
Financing
The project is financed from the Physical Culture Development Fund from the Disabled People’s Sports Promotion Program in 2023.
