SPA – specialist training 5.0
SPA – specialist training 5.0, i.e. Training for candidates for personal assistants for people with disabilities, activity trainers and work trainers.
The project is co-financed from the resources of the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled People (PFRON). The aim of the project is to develop the knowledge and practical skills of 72 people – staff and volunteers directly involved in the process of vocational or social rehabilitation of people with disabilities in supporting the process of integration of disabled people in the immediate environment and local community, increasing their independence, self-reliance and social activity – through participation in training.
Who can participate:
The project is addressed to people who meet all of the following criteria:
- are employees / collaborators of integration and social welfare institutions;
- reside in one of the four voivodeships: Lower Silesia, Lubuskie, Wielkopolskie, Zachodniopomorskie;
Implementation period:
01.04.2024 – 31.03.2025
Training area:
- Personal assistant for disabled persons – 72 hours of training;
- Activity trainer – 72 hours of training;
- Job trainer – 72 hours of training;
Additionally, you can complete optional unpaid internships of at least 30 hours (for those interested).
Recruitment:
The first stage of recruitment will end on July 31, 2024. Any extension of the recruitment period will be decided by the Project Coordinator.
Application form
A recruitment interview will be conducted with candidates on a date agreed with the training provider. The interview can be conducted by phone and/or via Skype.
The qualification for each training is determined by:
- order of applications;
- recruitment interview.
Additional information
The away trainings will be conducted in the form of 3 three-day meetings (Friday-Sunday). The cost of participation in the training – PLN 400. The Skorpion Polkowice Association provides meals and accommodation. Participants of the trip may receive a refund of travel costs in the amount of PLN 100.
